help cant figure this out

ok my accesory belt keeps coming off and i cant understand why. my pulleys look striaght. ever since i put the vortech bracketery on it started doing it. When ever I put my foot in it the belt comes off it really pisses me off. Has anyone had this problem

I don't have a supercharger but I once had a problem with a cracked crank pulley. It looked straight but when it was running it would wobble and throw or destroy belts. Didn't know what the problem was until the crack got so bad the pulley was nearly falling off.

Moral of the story: make sure your pulleys are NOT cracked, are lined up, and spinning concentrically. Also, make sure you have enough tension. You shouldn't be able to move the belt very far with just your hands.

the belt is pretty tight, and most of the pulleys are brand new

Well, I think it is pretty obvious to start there. After you thoroughly inspect everything and go over the installation instructions, call vortech and tell them your problem.
