I was able to get the dreaded header bolts off easily, what I am having troubles with is the o2 sensors. I was able to get 1 of the rear o2 sensors off but the front ones will not budge. I am using a 20 or 22mm open ended wrench. I have sprayed the **** out of them and given it all my strength and nothing. Any recommendations/opinions are appreciated!! lets get my x-pipe on today

Did you spray them and let them sit for a while? Are you using PB Blaster?

I just sprayed some WD40 on them, let it sit for about 5 mins and they came off pretty easy.

I have always changed them when the exhaust was hot after letting them soak overnight in PB Blaster.

If the pipe is off the car go get the o2 socket from a parts store. If its not off yet, unclip the o2s from the harness, drop the pipe out, then go get the 02 socket. Right tools will make it soooo much easier.

+1

I'd add, spraying and letting soak in some PB type stuff for a while. Had to use a rubber hammer to break one of mine loose. I know what you mean!!
