Well I had some antifreeze in my car, but now it froze because I didn't have enough. Seems like the car won't crank... There is no leakage anywhere under the block. The car almost kicks but nothing... Where do I start I need to somehow flush the coolant system.

Yeah, I wouldn't jump to any conclusions about a cracked block just yet. That's why they invented freeze plugs, check you battery.

It seems to be losing coolant by the front of the block where the head meets the block... Hoping for a headgasket...

I believe the thermostat got hydrolocked and the water was boiling over in the engine. It was not allowed to get out because there was too much steam/water in the radiator so it boiled over blowing the headgasket. I guess I'll find out for sure tomorrow.

I thought I had antifreeze/water mixed but it ended up nt enough antifreeze... I'll keep this post updated with pictures.

Well I do have that 357w in my shed.

Now if i could only find some cheap 351w swap headers and an intake.

Does anyone know if the TFS R and TFS street share the same lower for the 351 and 302?

The R and street lowers are different. Trickflow only makes an R manifold for 351 based engines. You can not use a 302 lower on a 351, the 351 block is wider but i'm sure you know that.

Yea i know. I was just hoping the ports would be the same because they look relatively similar. I figured there would be a difference. Oh well. I'll just do headgaksets if thats all thats wrong and be cheap about it till i can afford to go up in cubes. College > me. Co-Ops start soon and i'll be hopefully making more money than I am now.

The R ports are a bit bigger. I put my street heat gasket up to my R intake and the street heat gasket really interrupted flow! The bolt pattern is the same I think so it will bolt on to it.
