I'm having trouble finding the part number for the shifter linkage nut. It's for a stock shifter on my 05gt it's the nut at the bottom of the shifter. Anyone out there know where I could come across it or have the part number I'd appreciate it.
Are you talking about the nut for the linkage stud that goes through the bottom of the shifter arm?
Honestly, all that is is a flanged nut, I don't even think it's a lock nut. Probably M10 or M12 coarse thread, you're better off just going to the hardware store and buying one. Use a poly lock nut with a washer and you'll be all good.
Yea that's the one the linkage nut at the bottom. Went ahead and went to my local hardware store found a lock nut with a washer looks like it'll work fine I hope. Yea it doesn't seem like the original is lock nut but I went ahead anyway and got a lock type.
