HELP... I have 18x10 inch wheels, any way to make them fit my '01???

I recently came across a brand new set of 18x10 roush wheels with brand new rubber that are meant for the 05-newer body style. They are simply too wide for the front of my '01 Stang. Is there any type of adaptor/spacer out there than can be purchased (and be safe)? Any advice would be appreciated.

I dont think you can fit them on your stang. Its not a width issue. i believe its a backspacing issue. you can fit 18x9 up front and 18x10 in the rear with no problems. check out ebay they have deals on just rims for around $400.

I'm fairly sure a 1/2 spacer will fix your backspacing issue. the only difference with the newer wheels is the offset I believe.

our stock offset is around 35 I think. you should be able to find the factory offset for 05+

Believe you need spacers to run sn95 wheels on S197's, while a SN95 would need less spacing which is not possible.

Eibach makes a spacer

Thank you everyone for your help, it apears that Eibach makes a spacer that should work for me. I appreciate all positive input, and I look forward greatly to the reintroduction of Zima.
