HELP! I think i did something bad to my Tranny

On my way home yesterday i was getting on it alittle, I came into this little spot were i like to get on the gas through a few S turns anyway i drop it down to third at about 45mph to start my run though. I go though them i on the exit i shift from 3rd to 4th at about 4500RPM and I hear a Loud POP almost like a breaking sound and now it shifts very hard into every gear.

I literally have to force the stick into each gear, WTF did i do??

Could it be a shift fork or a syncro?????

shift fork = teh broke.

Good thing it is going into the shop this coming Monday for the TSB

Yeah it still pisses me off though...i wanted to drive to FFW this weekend. The other thing that sux is that a have to take off my Tri-Ax before taking it to the dealer

yea thats a fork, sounds like what i did to my POS t-45 already, btw what tranny is in the '01 cobras??? is it the t-56? cuz i thought those were supposed to be pretty tough , just wondering cuz i was thinking about putting one of those in after i get done raping my second t-45

The t45 was in the 01 unless it was late 01, then it was that T3560 or something, then in 03-04 they used the T56 which is a 6speed.
