alright, here is probably the cheapest way to beat him OR just keep with him so you can outdrive him....

Nitto DR's - 300$
Steeda T/A - 150ish$(im selling mine if you want it)
Dr. Gas o/r X-pipe - 289$(T&J)
TB/Plenum(Accufab) - 450ish$

those 4 will get you very close to him if your tune is right, he'll still make more power, but if you drive it the way you should, it will be a GOOD RACE! with those mods and some more suspension mods like UCA's, LCA's, sub frames, you'll be right up there with him

Best way to beat him...

New cams...VT stage 2 or Comp 270's
Longtubes
4.10 gears
BFGoodrich drag radials

That should give you enough to take him. But when he starts modding...say goodbye.

He has a Bullitt that setup won't work.

I was thinking GT. I was actually going to recommend a intake but the bullitt will suffice. hell just message mustang92, that guy with full exhaust, Timing Adjuster, and suspension work is running what, mid 12's?

A cammed/exhaust/tuned Bullitt should *easily* make 280 rwhp, probably more along the lines of 290 - 300 rwhp or so with the usual bolt ons and cams. A Mach 1 with with 4.30s & drag radials will have it's hands full with a near 300 rwhp Bullitt, seeing as how the Bullitt should also have gears (4.10s or 4.30s) and should also be slightly lighter.
