How about doing a charcoal gray on top and silver on bottom. Use the blue off of you old car as a divider stripe instead of the orange.? Similar to these colors

Stock silver.

Also that black car's paint job is ridiculous. I don't remember the numbers but it cost that guy in the thousands to get that kind of finished product. It looked better before wet sand and buff than most black jobs do after it.

im between the solid blue and the solid black. i hear ya on not changing the color though. you'd have to paint the door jams and every little thing on it. that being said, still solid blue or black

Please don't go black... There are too many black fox's, and more and more coupes every day.

Go Silver, or Blue.

i kept the same color when i painted and i was doing some of the work too. cant imagine how hard it woulda been to do jambs too. do light titanium frost like my car. theres only me and one other guy on corral with my color. the silver you have up there is titanium frost, which is more silver. if you do light titanium (poopdawg) or my color light titanium frost the color of the jambs wont be much off, there all in the same family.

and this is the same color but the guy on corral's and he has the titanium accent.

here it is photoshopped to solid like my car.

be interesting to see what it looks like on a coupe. light titanium frost is yf i believe.

just my opinion, whatever you choose will look great. you have very good habits of getting work done. hope all is going well with the marriage and job ordeal.

yea everything is finally leveling out in my life. im starting to get more drafting jobs that im doing on the side and im still working for my father in construction so the money is starting to come in a little better. and as far as marriage life goes its great. i love her to death. she has stood by my side through some very hard times.

and the more i think about it guys the more i think im gonna just stay with silver. and i appreciate all the opinions as well.

nice dude im glad to hear that. really though any silver you pick would match your door jambs pretty well. and silver hides dirt and whatever mistakes you make prepping the car. i know i missed a few dings that needed some bondo and they aren't that noticeable.
