Help me decide

I keep going back and forth, but I've decided I'm ordering tomorrow. I have a 02 GT with Magnapack, K&N filter and no silencer.

I'm planning on purchasing (from completeexhaust.com) either magnaflow tru-x without converters, or with. On one hand I want without converters, because I live in Kansas and we have no emissions check, however on the other I don't want my stang to sound stupidly loud. I wouldn't mind louder, just not crazy loud.

Plus without the converters I get the extra horsepower. So those of you with packs and a 99+ GT please give me your input on what I should do. I've already decided against MAC for those of you who have it (quality issues).

So the question is...tru x with or without converters!

Well if you dont want loud go with catted x-pipe. I just put a upr-x-pipe on (without cats) and it gets loud when you get on it.
