Ok im getting Lt's and catted H pipe. I was told that i should replace my K-member @ the same time since it needs to come out for Lt's install anyways.

Heres the question though I have steeda competition springs installed already.
Will the springs I have already work with a coil over that i will have to get?Whats gained with a K-member and coil overs besides the fact of the K-member being 6 pounds lighter. What will they improve? I'm just trying to figure out if the K-member is worth it.
The K-member is around $600 and caster and camber plates are around $150. Then add another $200 more for labor on top of the Lt's install for the K-member and caster/camber plates plus another $40 for front end line up.

$499 Lts headers
$339 Catted H pipe
$500-$600 Lt's/ Hpipe labor
$600 K-member
$150 Caster/camber plates
+ $200 Labor on top for k-member/caster camber plates
$40 front end alignment

Dam thats a lot of $ anyways what should i do? Should i do that k-member thing is it really worth it?

From what I understand, replacing the K member not only drops some weight off the nose of the car, but it will stiffen up the frame considerably. You'll get better handling, and a more crisp ride. If the money isnt an issue- I'd upgrade it with the rest of LT's and other stuff you've got goin on, but if the money is a bit of a stumbling point, I'd pass on it. If you want to stiffen up the chassis alot more cheaply, get some subframe connectors. [ if you dont have 'em allready]
