I have a Pro-M meter with a K&N cone filter.I dont understand the "clocking" of the meter. What part do you turn? Or how do you do it? Having some drivability problems and would like to give this a try. Thanks, Phil.

Do you just have the K&N hanging right off the front of the MAF? If so, clocking won't get you anything.

What it's really meant for is people who have a cold air kit that has a bend in the pipe directly in front of the MAF. This can cause turbulence and erroneous MAF readings. Clocking usually means turning the MAF so that the sampling tube is on the outside of the bend in the tube, where it will catch the most air.

Just turn the meter so the electronic are pointed at a different orientation. Think of it as a clock hand. Usually best drivability is at 12 o'clock, but not always. Is the meter in the fender? I had some surging with mine, but took it out and it mostly stopped. I enter the mass air curve into the tweecer and all the surging is gone.
