Help needed quickly

I need to know what year Granada spindles and brakes will fit on my 66 fastback. I found some from a 78 granada for a good deal and may want to buy them. But I'm not sure if they'll fit.

those will work just fine. any granada from 75-80 works.

Does anyone know if putting on Granada Spindles and Brakes will change your needed back spacing on your wheels. What I'm affraid of is my wheels being in or out too far. I already have 17X8 with a 4.75 backspacing. I don't want new brakes to change the way they fit on the car.

Does anyone know if Granada Spindles and brakes rotors (stock) will change the required offset?

As far as I know they do not change the track of your car. Your wheels will work just fine.
