Did you use an alignment tool to get everything centered?
Did your pressure plate come with alignment dowels and did you use them?

I think the flywheel bolts are supposed to be alot more than 24lb, like 80lb or something.

A mismatch will definitely cause the kinds of vibration that you're describing.

The OEM imbalance is 50oz. Many folks that rebuild motors balance them to either 28oz or zero oz.

Where is your old flywheel?

You need a new flywheel.

The bad news is that now you have a brand new 'used' one on your car.

You could. Find out what that's going to cost you though. Might be cheaper/faster to buy a new one and sell the wrong one.
