Hi There!

My boyfriend owns a 2004 Mach 1 Mustang.
I'm purchasing him some mustang parts for Christmas...yet again!
I bought him an exhaust system for his '88 5.0 last year, and I swore I wouldnt do this again!

I don't know anything about cars or car parts, so I've been asking him for some hints.

If it's not too much trouble, I was hoping someone could help me figure this out. I'm stumped

Him: That way if i get the supercharger i can still do little things until i get
it, like the mach1 cold air box, my cat back exhaust, x
pipe w/cats, headers, intake spacer, ported intake, etc
etc
Me:are any of the above ^^christmas hints???
Him: haha didn't even think about that.
a few of them could be :$
Him: one specifically, it falls within 1/2 the
price you spent last year and is made by one of the
companies i told you about
Him: hint: NO CARBON FIBER CRAP
Me: i have no idea what you just said, but
ill try to figure it out
Him: bah.. i'll spell it out then... 2 of the
companies i gave you make a part specifically for the
mach 1, it costs about 1/2 of what you spent last year
(maybe less), and the hint to figure out which one it
is: NO CARBON FIBRE

The companies he gave me as hints are paul's high performance & mrt.

If anyone could help me out, it would be much appreciated. I can't figure it out!

Thanks for taking the time to read this!!!

Happy Holidays!!

I was also thinking about making some custom plates to go with his red and black exterior theme.

This is what I've come up with...

Would you want one of these on your car? Please be brutally honest!

Again, sorry to bug you all & thanks for your time!

Well, catback/X-pipe/headers/intake's are NEVER made of carbon fiber, so only the air box is left...which can be made in carbon fiber.

PHP has the air box w/ filter is $220, so if that 1/2 of what you spent last year....

MRT's air box is $330 w/ filter.

If I were you, I'd hog-tie him and sit on him 'till he told you what the hell he wants

EDIT...nevermind, he might like that

Get him a pair of socks and tell him if he doesn't want the same next year, he'll be more specific as to what he wants in the future!
