Looks like the little plastic piece that connects to vaccum lines for the egr and etc...

its in that area at least.. and somewhat ressembles it.

I agree. THere should be some colored vacuum hardline hooked to them. I believe they connect to the tab, tad and egr solenoid on the pass side behind the strut tower.

Yep, that is one half of the connector for the tab, tad, egr, and something else(mine only has 3 connected). There should be another half that plugs into it and has lines going to the egr, manifold vac source, and somewhere else(not sure, mine had everything but egr eliminated before I purchased it).

The lines that come out of the plug are all lead to emissions related parts is the car running now? are there any problems?

I just put on LT's and i know that is for vacuum lines, 2 of those go with your smog equip., i just plugged mine, i think i only have two of those holes running lines now, no problems. not sure which ones i m still using...
