Hi, I have an 89 GT and was doin a radiator support replacement. I bought a new support and am havin some problems finding the 2 reinforcement panels you weld on the backside of it to stiffin it up. If ANYONE has any clue (plz dont say junkyard those look damn near impossible to get apart usable lol) I would much appreciate any help as its really puttin a damper on my summer cruisin!

No not the bumper brackets, got those. You can see the seam on the bottom of the old support in the back where the panel starts and it runs all the way up to the top (where i have circled on the far side of new one) The spot welds from the frame rail to the radiator support are actually on this part. Kinda ridiculous Im havin such a hard time findin something like this Heh.

I think you should return the rad support and get a complete one. My buddy got his from "VEHN" (typo??) and his had everything included , took some measurements and laid some tacks/beads....MINT.

Thanks for the info, gonna keep looking I just have yet to find one that is "complete" not familiar with vehn but will keep an eye out. Guess I better hold onto this one and the old panels till I find somethin different. Besides the fact after I got done paying all the oversize shipping to return it I'd only be getting half my money back anyhow
