help putting together a headswap

I'm getting ready to put stage 2 heads and cams on my car soon, and I want to make sure I have everything I need to perform the swap. I'm buying the stage 2 1/2 heads and stage 2 vt cams from mph. then if I cant find a pi intake manifold used, I'll buy one from gefracing. On top of that I'm buying 24lb injectors, an sct chip, and a head changing kit from steeda. Will there be anything else I will need to perform the swap from my npi heads to the pi ones? Will my valve covers work with the new heads or will I need new ones. Also any tips on the swap would be greatly appreciated
