HELP QUICK PLEASE

i have a 94 gt an i just replaced my IAC sensor an now when i turn on my car an it idles at 2k RPM, do i have to play with that screw on the throttle body to get it to idle right again? thanks

is it on a stock t-body?

i searched some more and found out that autozone sells us the wrong iac for our cars, it isnt the right one so it makes our car idle at 2k rpm, another perosn said it happened to them with an autozone one so i took it off an put my old one back on an it was fine again.

did you disconnect the battery to clear the puter? i would give it some time to try to adapt before you start messing with the idle - you are introducing more variables by doing so. just my two cents. good luck.
