HELP rough idle

I have a 2002 V6, it just started running real rough, while idle it tends to sputter every now and then. I believe raw fuel is making its way out the exhaust. While driving it hesitates and misses. When coming to a stop it almost dies.

Changed plugs and plug wires but it is still running rough.

It's not throwing any codes? That could be any of a hundred different things so you should take it in to a good shop.

MAF plugged in? PCV stuff hooked up?

timing,idle air control,bad tune,pcv,bad coil pack,bad plug wires.

My 97' started missing, violently, after I changed the wires, turned out they had little cuts all along 'em. They where MSD's( not that I'm knocking MSD). Threw the 10 year old stockers back on and it went away. Just an idea.

And, you did gap the spark plugs, right?

now for some helpful advise
try cleaning your MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaner
check your IAC make sure its not dirty
make sure your firing order is correct
make sure you spark plugs are gapped at .054!
check wires and coil

any of this stuff can be done with tools or cleaners from an auto stores
