Help !!running rough and check engine light

i have a 93 with a TC turbo kit on the stock motor. The check engine light is on and it is ideling very rough and staled twice. has a hesitation when i pull out. When i rev it to about 1500-2000 rpms it misses, when i rev it higher it seens to run fine. I pulled the #one plug and it has alot of carbon on it. any ideas?

Well...have you checked what the check engine light is telling you? You're wasting our time if you haven't scanned for codes yet.
