For those running a vortech and no smog pump! How did you guys secure the bottom end of alternator with no smog pump. With vortech kit you get that "L" shaped bracket one end goes to smog the other goes to alt. Well with no smog only one side of alternator is bolted in. help ...please and thank you ......

Most people buy a smog pump eliminator kit. Just for use of the pulley and bracket.

Do you have to have that pulley then? I was wondering tha same, I deleted my smog stuff

I have the smog eliminator pulley on mine. They are like $30-$40 and super easy to install. All kinds of companies sell them, but they are all the same thing.
