Having a hard time getting the tranny out of my 2000 mustang GT. I have waiting a 2003 Lincoln Aviator motor to drop in. I have removed all bolts that mount tranny to engine but it still will not come out?

I removed everything on mine and it was hard as hell to pull out..Just try to pry and have someone pulling on the tranny. Very time consuming and frustrating.

How many bolts did you remove? I had 7...5 you can see and two at the top you can't unless you look from the enging bay. Also the starter had to come out on mine.

I was thinking of same thing. Make sure you get all bolts out. Top 2 is bit tricky to get to. and starter have to be out too.

after that, I think i just wiggle the heck out it to get it out
