Help Turn signal issues

So my 2005 V6 mustang is having an issue with the right side turn signal and brake light. On the dash it flashes like it normally would when everything should be working. The bulbs are new and i cant find a flasher relay or turn signal fuse. I think i found a plug in on the passenger side fuse box. When i pulled it i went to check the turn signal and hazards and they all didnt work so that's why i think i found it but I need help.
