help w/ seting up for s/c

Im going to be putting on a s/c. I would like to know a safe area to be set at to break in a new motor until i get it tuned.

I'd like to know where to set my Fuel pressure. I have a boost retard i'd like to know a good place to set along w/ initial timing. The right size pulley to use 12-14 psi.(vortech s trim) My spark plug gap. And anything else that someone might be able to help w/. As far as i know that is all i can think of would be much appreciated. I dont want anything blowing up

Just a ruff estimate is all i need to get things rolling.

Might have better luck in the power adders forum, but I'd set plug gap at 30-35, fuel pressure at @42 and timing retard at 1-2 depending on base timing, then get it tuned.

2.95 or 2.75 pulley would get you the boost you want. With that much boost i would invest in a set of injectors and a new meter and ditch the FMU, if you haven't already.
