I had a C-4 and built it up with normal stuff Shift kit from transco, all new internals with a rebuilt pump. Its a Truck style C-4, problem is I sold it and went with a T-5 in my car instead. I origionally built it for a bracket race trans. But it retains the auto valve body but just has a shift kit.
The guy who bought it is telling me it wont fit! WTFEer!!! What all does he need to install this trans to engine. here is what I think but I cant remember some tooth counts etc.

flex plate from an AOD
automatic Starter
remove pilot bearing from crankshaft
T-5 cross member and trans mount will work
questions are ..........
what is tooth count of AOD flex plate?
what is difference in AOD starter and T-5 starter?
what is bolt pattern on torque convertor to AOD flex plate (seems I remember it taking some special convertor........is this true or does the one that fits the AOD bolt right up to the AOD flex plate?
