Help...wiring For Drivers Side Coil

I just bought a 97 GT and the guy tried to install a MSD 6AL on it. It was unhooked most the way with the bypass plug in and Im trying to go back to factory but having troubles on the drivers side. The colors on the factory harness dont match up with the wires at the plug. Am I missing something? It doesnt seem right that color would change mid stream.

The wires at the plug are brown\blue, brown\green and red\yelow I believe. I took a guess and hookd them up. Can't remember the order but I know red id the middle. It starts and idles fine so I guess I got it right.
