help with 351w vacuum lines!! quick!!

my friend and i are dropping a 351w in his 87 GT and we have no idea where the vacuum lines for the upper intake plug into. the upper intake is a 351w gt-40 box upper (its just a black box style intake , not sure exactly what it is) and it has 3 lines i believe. any idea where the hoses go? thanks
ALSO where the **** does the pcv valve hook up to.

heh yeah i found that diagram before using search and another diagram which they helped very well, we got the lines hooked up so lets hope the car starts up tomorrow when we charge the battery!!!
