I went to put a set of new lowers on my 92 GT. I went to put back on the sprind and the rear seems to be out of alignment. The bolt hoke is about 1/4" to 3/8" off. Should I loosen up the lower to and then bring it back into alignment. I plan to put on s set of adjustable uppers too?
Disconnect both rear shocks and quad shocks. Lower rear end down and remove springs. Replace both arms without springs in car. Then reinstall springs, jack the rear up and connect the shocks again.
Actually I was doing just one and was goinfg to see if it would line up before I put the spring on. I did remove the quad shock I was able to get it in with no prob
