help with 83 5.0 cam

ok guys i have a problem i wanted to buy a new cam for my car i had a bone stock 5.0 put in my car when my other motor when bad and i cant figure out if the motor is a roller motor or not so i dont know which kind of cam i would want but basicly i am trying to find out as much as i can about the motor if you know anything about it it will help it is a 1983 5.0 out of a mustang not sure which model but for sure a stang so let me know if you can help

You got any numbers from the block?

i couldnt find any numbers i thought they were there i knew chevy use to do that but someone told me for didnt so i dont know where to find them but i know for sure it is a 1983 mustang motor i just dont know much about the motor so i am tryin to find out as much as possible my main consern is the cam i dont want to tare the motor down to find out i dont have the cam i want in the car and have to buy more shtuff but let me know if you know anything

Look under the right side of the engine inbetween the starter and block...those are the casting #'s you may need a flashlight and some degreaser if it starts with E3 then its an 83' block E4 is an 84' and so on if it says E5 its a roller block most likely
