Help with alternator!!!!!!

Can I put a high output alternator on my 95 5.0 everything on the car is pretty much stock. Guy gave it to me when I bought the car and the one on it looks a little old. Do I have to change anything else in order for it to run right if I put the high output alternator on

How many amps? A stock sn95 alternator is 130a.

Not sure what you consider high output. I've had a few 200AMP alternators before and only other thing I did was go to larger ground/power wires.
