Engine Help with engine problem.

Bought a 95 gt. motor had blown head gasket. Pulled engine.freshenned up the bottom end. Gt40 heads. trickflow stg1 cam/ springs.Cobra intake. bbk 70mm tb. bbk H pipe exhaust. Summit shorty headers. It will start but wont idle and runs rough. Having trouble figuring out vacume lines. Think I need to sort those out and try it. Any help as what goes where would be apreciated. This is my first mustang.

the exhaust was completely plugged with rust. Runs good now. Only problem now is delay in accelaraion when I smash it, it tike 1-2 seconds before it pickd up.
