Really? JP man.

The switches should be straight forward. Just swap them to the new panel.

When reinstalling the panel place the bottom clip in first and then push the rest of it in until is snaps in. E-Z P-Z

There is a small area as you can see on the new piece on the top that you can put some pressure from a flat head screwdriver but just be careful since it is only plastic. The clips on the bottom is the 1st place you need to worry about and it should be straigt forward from there. I have pulled my doors apart too much and the last time I ever planned on being in there, the clip in the bottom broke off and stayed in the door. Wouldn't be so bad but I have painted pieces so it sucks a bit more for me. The switches are just 2 screws to hold it all in place from the backside. Easy stuff though.

well I got the old one out and the new one in

what i learned

the piece that controls the locked door functions / as well as the window controls is held on by 2 screws

the piece that contains the window movement was not held on by any screws / it was however held on by clips and what appeared to be a small amount of adhesive of some type. nothing broke, im happy about the purchase. looks 1000x better. The screws on the new one, were a bit tight and i tried to thread them, unscrew, screw etc and slowly work the thread, so nothing cracked

fairly simple
will get pics of new one soon
