Drivetrain Help With Ring And Pinion Pattern...

these are used 3.55 gears with a .010 backlash. is this pattern acceptable of do I need to change the pinion shim? if so, do I need to add or subtract?

Used gears need to be set up on the coast side only since the drive side is already showing some wear.
