i just bought some seats to put into my fox. the seats are out of a 2000 gt, and the driver side is all power. the connector where the seat gets its power from is under the seat in the back and is facing towards the back of the car. it is square looking and has four prongs i think. can anybody tell me which is power, ground, and whatever else the other two prongs are for? or if anybody has an idea on how i can wire this thing up. or does anybody know if i could just swap a manual rack in there? like a rack from one of my old seats. my car is a 91 gt. any help would be appreciated greatly, i want to get these seats in!

Yes, you an swap in a manual rack, but you will need to use washers and probably drill new holes to mount it. If you want to use the power, it is real easy to wire up. I hooked my 2002 seats up to the power lumbar plug I had with a couple of jumper wires. One end for the seat was the round plugs, and the other I did in spade terminals to plug right into the Fox harness.

The two green wires are the power for the motors and the lumbar. The black is the ground, and the little wire is for the seat belt buckle mounted on the seat. Just combine the two power ones and plug it into the power and the black one to the ground. I don't recall which wire is which on the Fox plug, but just test them with a test light to ground.

Good luck!
