I have been having problems with a leak ever since I added an X-Pipe. It is happening on the passenger side where to header connects to the mid pipe. I fix it, it works for a while and then comes back. Is there some type of wrap or sealant that on can put around this connection?

I had the same problem with my o/r prochamber. If you are running the stock exhaust manifolds there are studs available from NAPA that everyone says works great...I eventually tightened mine up with the stock studs and so far so good, but the NAPA part number for the studs I believe is 600-1819.
Thanks

The passenger side requires a header gasket. You can get it from a ford dealer for like $10. I had the same problem too, after I put the gasket in The problem was gone. The Gasket is metal and goes between the x-pipe and the collector of the passenger side header. :spot:
