Help with Stroker kits

big bore FTW... the modulars have more than enough stroke, increasing the bore size it what the modular needs.

I've been wanting to do a BB for a while...
Who offers a good BB? Seems like everytime I look up 5.0L kits they are usually stroker.
Livernois offers the FR500 block....but no pistons. SHM seems to only offer the BB in a crate engine. Does anyone offer a shortblock or is it something you would have to piece together?
What is the bore for a 4.6-5.0 BB 3.7"?

look at vt engines. they have what you want. dont get the shm stuff. mine is holding up fine right now, but i have heard some bad things about the quality of work they put into their engines. maybe i just got lucky.

VT makes a solid BB, 3.7" bore is correct. You can also buy a 324ci BB/stroker if you want to go all out :nice:

I guess Im just blind. I guess I'll have to go back and look again. Trust me...When the time comes to build my BB engine...if I've got enough money I might go all out....:hail2:
Once I get my re-enlistment bonus....its like donkey kong...

the problem I keep running in to is they all need cores for the build. would a stock GT shortblock work? I guess I could always just e-mail them and ask...instead of wondering outloud here...
