My car died on me. It doesn't get any spark, the fuel pump won't come on and none of the cluster lights will come on when the ignition is turned on. I replaced the ECU but it still doen't work. Can anyone help me?
ok this is one of 2 things. a bad relay that is in your fuse box under the hood, or the harness that plugs into the controller that is screwed to the bracket that is in front of the fan shroud. if that is loose or has dirty connectors, it will not run. check those. oh yeah what year. i am going off of a 98 and under but it should be the same as a a 99 and up car too.
that is simple but not the most cost effective. to check the relays and connections is free and a relay can't be more than 5 bucks. i don't see how you don't see any signs of a bad battery before hand. does the engine even turn over. also check the batteries connections and grounds, a lot of folks lately have had this problem too. i know when all my batteries go bad, i get symptoms before hand
