Check everything, change oil after bringing car to temp, anti freeze, battery- make sure theres waterin it ( if you dont have dry cell) distilled water that is,
make sure all levels are up pwr steering fluid, brake fluid, trans fluid, check tires, air pressure, clean or purchase new air filter.... check lights, gauges....
then go drive it!

Being a manual trans I prefer to do it myself, I dont trust oil change places.
If you ask they will change it. But the T-5 takes ATF. Automatic transmission fluid, NOT gear oil, Most places ( quick lube) do not know this.
All you need is a piece of 3' 3/8" rubber hose and a 3/8's ratchet. Loosen the drain plug, drain it, then refill unitl the oil starts to seep out the fill hole.
I use the cap that looks like a nipple, slide the hose on and run down the side from engine compartment, You need a helper... Only take a few minutes and saves you 50-60 bucks.

Storage of 3 months is not too extreme IMHO. I would change the oil, check all fluid levels and start it up (priming optional).

Other than oil or maybe some gas treatment, I would not do much service-wise, other than a once over (tire pressures, lube hinges, etc etc).

My two cents. Good luck.

I car has sat for that long a few times with no issues. I have just started it a few times, and a few other times I took off the coil wire and cracked it. Either way, that's not that long to worry about.

Good description above about the trans fluid. That's a good method. I bought one of those suction cans (I forgot what it's really called) and filled it from under the car. I might add one thing. Be careful when you drain the current fluid. It comes rushing out a lot more than oil. If you hold the drain pan right under the trans, the fluid will miss it at first and get all over. Been there, done that, learned from it.
