Welp, the block is one piece...should be pretty easy.
Really, though, it depends on your skill level. Engines basically all go together the same way so one is no harder than the next. When it comes to heads, intakes, etc etc, then it can be difficult if you are working on say a DOHC 4 valve engine but the basic rebuild is a piece of cake if you know what you are doing.
