Just installed accufab 60mm throttle body on my 03 mach 1. Everything is hooked back up and where it needs to be. Problem i have now, is that the throttle is sticking. Is this a tps issue or idle adjustment screw on the tb? Any help would be appreciated.

There should be a procedure in the directions/instructions to set the idle stop screw.

Did you hook up all of the throttle return springs?

For a 1996+ the TPS does not need to be "adjusted". The initial TPS position is "learned" at each start up.

Here's some more information.

Out of general "wanting to know", what year did Mustang go to "Drive by Wire"? No IAC, no throttle cable, no headaches? Ha! Don't bet on that one. My '04 Explorer has it, wound up killing my drive with "Forced Limited Power", then "Forced Engine Idle" (shudder). imp

Yes, i hooked everything back up the way it was stock. The only change that i have noticed is that i have more slack in the throttle cable now. I was under the impression that these tb's come pre set and there is no adjustment needed on the idle screw.
