Here's a Vid...see what you think

What kind of underdrives do you have? If they are the piggyback style, it's possible that they have come apart. Does it still sound the same when you try to start it, or does it sound completely different? Take a plug out of one of the easy to get to cylinders, and set a long screwdriver in the hole. When you turn the crank, the screwdriver should move up and down. If it doesn't, then try turning it over with the starter. If it moves with the starter, then your underdrives have separated. If it doesn't still, then your crank has magically separated into multiple pieces.

You have no compression. If your positive you have both spark and fuel, timing marks are corrects and chain is good, then it has to be leaking straight into the crank case. If possible, verify with a leakdown tester. You should be able to pull the oil cap off and hear the air hissing through.

From the sound of it and what you said, you probably need a new engine.

Have you messed with the cams at all? Have you tried turning the motor with the valve covers off so see if the cams are moving?
Somethings really up with your motor because I hear no compression. There's only two reasons I can think of that would cause that. Thats if your valve train is not moving and most of the valves are caught open or you have somehow seriously damaged all 8 of your pistons. And I doubt your ruined all 8 at the same time. I'm stumped. Good luck!

Hear? I heard nothing at all on the video. Weird.

EDIT: I fixed it. Yeah, that's not very good sounding. I'd suggest looking for any spark plug blowouts, and if your cams aren't turning, it could be the camshaft chain sprocket on the crankshaft. Isn't it just a slip-on gear that rides on a woodruff key? Or is it bolted/pressed on? I'm curious about this project now.

Pull some plugs and make sure you're getting compression. Should be obvious when turning the engine over as you'll hear a loud hiss of the air being pushed out the spark plug hole. The noises sound like metal on metal scraping so it might be your cam sprockets turning on the cams. Why that happened you won't know till you take the cam covers off and possibly take the head off.

did not try the spark plug compression test yet but i did find out that my alternator burnt up and i have no spark does anyone think that when my alternator got fried it could have surged and fried the ECU could that be the problem....is there anyway i can test the ECU... the battery cleared the codes....but the check engine light was on when it bogged and engine shutdown

depends on what actually happened to the alternator. I have had a regulator die in another car I used to have, so the alternator was pumping 30V through everything, ECU melted along with a bunch of other stuff. Normally, when an alternator dies, the car will run for a while on the battery, then just kinda peter out.... You say it died within a matter of seconds?

If so, you just might have had the regulator go. Take the alternator to a auto parts store and have it tested. it the REG is fried, you need to inspect your entire electrical system... and sadly, if it did over volt, your ECU is likely toast. Try swaping your ECU into another car to see if it works. If yours is toast, it wont hurt the other car.

Good luck man.

COPs are not firing no spark but plenty of fuel i think i fried my ECU....I just ordered another from prestige mustang for $175 so we'll see in a couple of days im fixing to go check the compression right now anyone have anymore ideas

OK it wasnt the computer and i have compression can someone help me with timing marks where are they the chain has a tiny bit of slack but it could be the tensioners in it does anyone think it might have jumped time
