HESITATION AND MISS

I JUST BOUGHT THIS CAR AND THERE IS A MISS AT ABOUT 3000 RPM AND UP. IF I AM IN A HIGH GEAR LIKE 3RD OR 4TH AND PUTTING UP A HILL IT IS A PRETTY BAD MISS. IF I GO FULL THROTTLE THERE IS STILL A LITTLE HESITATION BUT NOT AS BAD AS PUTTING.

I HAVE CHANGED THE SPARK PLUGS, FUEL FILTER, AIR IDLE CONTROL, PCV VALVE AND I HAVE CLEANDED THE EGR.

I FIGURE IT IS EITHER AN INJECTOR OR A COIL. ANY SUGGESTIONS.

OH AND I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THE CAR HAS ROUSH CAI, BBK THROTTLE BODY TRICK FLOW PLENTUM, BBK XPIPE AND FLOWMASTER CAT BACK, AND I DONT THINK THERE IS A CHIP. DIDNT KNOW IT THAT COULD CAUSE IT.

Clean the MAF and IAC and check all vacuum lines, any CEL?

NO CEL, AND I CLEANED TTHE MAF AND REPLAICED THE AIC ALREADY

Since you don't have a chip, try swapping out your ecu. There is a problem that develops in a certain lot of ecus involving the ignition timing control circuit after several years due to component failure. Do you have coil packs or coil on plug? Does it do it at idle or only under load?

ONLY UNDER LOAD. I HAVE COIL OVER PLUGS. AND YOU MEAN PUT A NEW ECU IN IT OR RESET IT?

FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM. BAD HEAD GASKET. WAS GETTING COOLANT IN #4 CYLINDER
