I own a 88 LX hatch 5.0 and have a AOD Stagew 2 shift kit tranny. I had debate should i put a 5 spd in. Or should i keep my AOD, i know its rare to have a AOD and well it does keep up with 5 spd, pretty quick with that shift kit.
I run a pro shifted t-5 and would never go aod but its your choice the aod cars can be very fast also u should modd something else on your car first imo
