BTW, you don't build a Mach 5, you buy a Mach 5. As cool as I think it is that someone finally built one, for that kind of money I think I'd rather by a pristine Shelby then a Corvette Kit car. Now, had they made it from say a 63ish Vette instead, like I had dreamed of since the 80's, so it had an aunthetic true 60's feal to it inside and out, well then maybe I'd reconsider.

Most of the needed repair is in the front frame forward of the shock towers and around the bumper bracket weld-nuts. I'm also replacing the front suspension and steering and while I've got it apart I'm going to do the Shelby drop.
