I'm kinda bummed that I'm joining the forum after just getting my car fixed & then it breaking again, but glad to be on the forum regardless.
I have an '86 GT with headers, exhaust, & 3.73 gears. Last summer the trans went out (was low on fluid & I didn't realize it) & I just got it back on the road a couple of weeks ago. Driving it last night & the alternator bearing went bad.
I have a 3g alternator I'm putting in now- but the '86 wiring is different from the '87 but I think I might have it figured out.
