Ok not so new but got a 5.0 again
I got myself an 89 vert, but would like to put a half decent stereo into it.
Ive check every site I could find and to my amazment only one pic came up.
So those of you who have verts what did you do for tunes? What did you get where did you place them and what the hell can fit in the shoe box size trunk for subs?

I don't know anything about placement and whatnot, but FWIW www.edesignaudio.com makes some KILLER subs. I have an old version of the O series and it rocks.

i dont know if the trunk is the same size as the coupe;s, but it was a pain in the ass for me to get my 12 inch Ascendant Audio sub and enclosure in it. MY first idea didnt work, so basically i had to make the total height, (height of box + maximum excursion of the sub) less than i think, around 9 or 10 inches. Don't quote me on the 9 or 10 inches, although its around there im just reciting from memory. In order to make the required 2 cubes for the sub, i made it a shallow rectangle. it takes up most of the trunk, but o well, its easily removed when i need the space.

Thanks guys, I really thought that there would have been a whole lot of people with sick ass stereos. Guess not.

I havent check yet but, the open area towards the rear seat in the trunk is it totally sealed off from the pass compartment or is it just the trunk liner closing it in?
