high flow cat

i been thinking about getting a high flow catalyst, but i dont know what to buy? any one have anysuggestions? and if anyone has one do they work good?

i have been looking at some 17.99 ones on ebay for like civics, but they can just be welded on to mine...

Catalytic converters can run very cheap ($17.99 as you said) to very expensive (over $100). You just have a muffler on your car, correct? I would suggest something like a Catco, they're around $30 I believe. You really won't get much performance improvement until you fully open the exhaust - at which point, there still won't be that much improvement.
