Apparently my ex-husband made that mistake.

For those of you looking around for a factory replacement water pump that pumps a little more water, and is affordable, here is the one to get. I found my receipt for the orginal FlowKooler water pump, and found out it has a lifetime warranty, and I was able to exchange it through Summit. The funny thing is, it does not come up by application with their new search tools, you have to know the part number.

Yeah, I got even more frustrated with the fact that Summit didn't list the original one I bought by application. That was the one I really wanted, but I just assumed they didn't sell it anymore. Here's the kicker with the exchange, I actually made $5 and change on it. The way Summit does their exchanges, you go to the return counter and turn the old one in, and they right a credit value on the receipt. Then you go to the cashier who generates a new receipt. The pump had gone down $5 in price since I bought it 7 years ago. She was suposed to mark up the new pump to the value of the credit, but she didn't and handed me $5 cash back with the new pump.

Thanks for the info!
I need to replace my water pump, and I was looking for a high-flow water pump.

Opps, it's for a 95/94. Never mind. :)
