High idle when warmed up.

I've been chasing this problem all spring now, and it's really pissing me off. When my car is first started up (cold), it idles perfect, like it should around 800 rpms. After the car is warmed up, the idle tends to hang around 1400 rpms then drop to 1100 rpms. I had a small vac leak, I fixed that as well as trying a few different IAC's. One from a friends car, and a spare one I had hanging around. Neither did anything for my idle. Anyone have anything else I souhld try or look at?

Have you cruised through Jrichker's sticky at the top of the page. it lists most of the common maladies.

good luck.

Yeah, but it does not seem to be my exact problem.

I just ran codes (KOEO) and came up with an error code 33, Insufficient EGR flow detected. But the thing is, the EGR is all new as of last fall. Is there something else I should look at?
