high pitched noise when gas pedal is depressed

I get this high pitched noise (sounds like a ringing in your ears) from the front of the car when i have the gas pedal depressed. When i let off it stops, and when i depress it again it makes the noise, doesn't matter if i pressed it down lightly or all the way. any ideas?

mine was doing that the other day, check the throttle body to intake plenum gasket and then torque it back down to 12-14 lbs, new gasket solved my whining car's problem
